In the heart of Michigan, a cluster of women embarked on a profound journey, tirelessly weaving their unique gifts, wisdom, and talents into a masterpiece known as the Bee Sisterhood Oracle card deck. This labor of love wasn't just about creating art; it was about forming a hive of creativity, unity, and support.
Tracy Barrilleaux
Tracy Barrilleaux comes to the Bee Sisterhood Oracle with extensive knowledge in holistic health and wellness with over 20 years of clinical experience. Tracy previously co-owned an environmentally friendly massage center where she educated clients on the importance of self-care, while being responsible to the Earth. She is currently the Director of Nutrition for a dietary supplement company located in California and has brought her business and customer experience to the project.
A native of Michigan, she and her husband relocated to the Traverse City area in 2016, where she has been active in a local nonprofit caring for the National Lakeshore as well as previously volunteering with local groups supporting the homeless population and as a hospice volunteer. As a new beekeeper, Tracy enjoys working and learning about the bees with her hives and spending time immersed in nature, hiking, swimming, and enjoying the beauty of the area.
Ona Christie Martin
Ona Christie Martin is a visionary artist, writer, and energy healer who has been described as “spiritual jumper cables.” She enjoys a growing following on YouTube with her channel Art of Awakening.
Ona is especially known for her connection with spirit animals and is the creator of the Spirit Animal Awareness Oracle Card Deck. Twice a month, Ona also hosts free, live “Lightworkers’ Café” Gatherings for members of her online metaphysical community, Spoken Earth Ministries.

Luna (Leslie Powers)
Luna Leslie Powers is High Priestess of Life, Death,and Re-membering. Dedicated to work with women through Initiations of life, death and who, like herself, have experienced chemically induced menopause. She is excited to share her experience of the Divine Feminine and Shamanistic Bee keeping.
Awakening to her own unique beauty amidst a health crisis has changed the course of her life.
She has received initiation into both Dianic and Melissa Priestess lineages.
Luna founded and organized "Goddess Within; A Red Tent Revival Red Tent”, which attended festivals, and private retreats.
Some of her specialties are exploring and integrating moon time mysteries, sisterhood circle, plant shamanism, beekeeping, and ancient practices of the Melissae lineage. She is an Oracle and a friend of the bees. Leading us to see flow-ering plants, our own bodies, and honeybees as Divine examples of Sacred Union. She enjoys leading others in ritual and holding sacred space with the community. And has led several Priestess apprenticeships.
She is one of the diviners and a writer for some of the Bee Oracle cards.
Jackie Rushton
Jackie Rushton is a Shamamic Herbalist, Bee Priestess and bestower of the Ways of the Wise Women. She has been holding space for women to discover deep transformation, empowerment and self-love for over 3 decades.
Jackie has led women to find the Divine in themselves and in one another through moonlodges, herbal and priestess apprenticeships and shamanic beekeeping.
She has helped women listen to the plants, the bees, one another, and their own body, supporting them as they develop their intuition and become wise women healers, leaders and carriers of the sacred flame of women’s mysteries.
Kellie Schneider
Kellie is an artist, designer, sound healer, and registered yoga instructor holding additional certifications in Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Blending her diverse skills, Kellie weaves together gentle yoga, visualization, meditation, and the transformative power of sound to build creative and integrated experiences that nurtures every aspect of our being. With a profound dedication to creating safe and inclusive spaces for all, Kellie fosters a sense of belonging and accessibility within her healing practices, where everyone feels welcomed and supported.
Kellie has been a dedicated core volunteer for The Bee Sisterhood Oracle project since its inception, establishing a unified design system across diverse materials and making substantial contributions to breathe life into this remarkable project.
Evelyne Verret
Evelyne Verret is a visionary, encompassing roles as an artist, entrepreneur, Intentional Creativity teacher and guide, designer, and marketing enthusiast. Her unwavering curiosity continually propels her to explore new frontiers.
A priestess and high-priestess of art and self-discovery, Evelyne's career has been dedicated to aiding women through transformative journeys and self-discovery. She resonates deeply with the mission of the Bee Sisterhood Oracle, as it aligns harmoniously with her dedication to empowering women, fostering community, nurturing collaboration, and effecting positive change.
Within the core creative team of the deck, Evelyne seamlessly blends her artistic prowess with her support for marketing and content creation efforts. A beacon of empowerment, she plays an integral role in manifesting the Oracle's vision for the betterment of women.
Jon Willow
Jon Willow is a community beekeeping educator and co-apiarist for the Interlochen Center for the Arts in northern Michigan. She came to the bees in 2017 through an extended, woman-centered apprenticeship and is an initiated priestess of the Melissae. She and Jackie Rushton are currently pursuing their Master Beekeeper certification through Cornell University.
Professionally, Willow (her chosen moniker) was a writer, broadcast journalist, and business owner for 25 years. Today, she co-leads the Community Broadband Action Network, a national nonprofit working to ensure digital equity for everyone.
An experienced Oracle and Tarot reader, Willow has offered her services at festivals, fairs, and other gatherings. With the Bee Oracle Project, Willow is involved with divination, the creation and editing of the guide, launching the Project’s business side, and generally supporting the Cluster and every woman who has given her time and talent to create the Bee Sisterhood Oracle.
